Personal data we process
This site collects personal data only through the contact form: full name, business name, phone number, e-mail address, the topic you choose and your message. To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address and the time of submission are also recorded.
Purposes
We process your data to answer your request, contact you, give you the information you asked for about our products and services, and prevent abuse of the form.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the KVKK: your explicit consent, processing directly related to entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
Transfers
Your data is never sold. It is stored only on the servers of the providers we use to host this site and deliver e-mail, and is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for a reasonable period after your request is resolved and for any period required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data, object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
To exercise your rights, send your request to barkod@barkodcenter.net. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
